Fresh, locally grown arugula microgreens with a distinctive peppery flavor and tender texture. Their bold flavor makes them an excellent addition to salads, sandwiches, wraps, pasta, pizza, eggs, and finished dishes.
Grown indoors year-round in Spokane using sustainable growing practices, with no pesticides used. Harvested fresh and packaged in a compostable clamshell. Keep refrigerated and rinse before use.
