Welcome to Madre Gaia Organics, a Spokane-based indoor farm specializing in fresh, nutrient-dense microgreens grown locally year-round.
Our growing approach prioritizes sustainable methods. We apply no pesticides during production, use organic fertilizer and select organic seed, and package our retail microgreens in compostable clamshells. Our products are not USDA Certified Organic.
Our current lineup includes broccoli, arugula, sunflower, pea shoots, and our signature Crunchy Micro Mix, with additional varieties being added as we grow. Most products are grown fresh to order, so please allow approximately 10–14 days for fulfillment.
Retail minimum: 5 clamshells total, with the option to mix and match available varieties. Restaurants, chefs, grocers, and wholesale buyers are encouraged to inquire about recurring orders, larger quantities, custom-grown varieties, and live microgreen tray options.
